Our services
Acceptance. These terms of service (“Terms”) govern the use of AILAAV (“we”, “us”) digital services, including website creation and maintenance, SEO, Google Ads management, consultations, and visits to ailaav.ee. By ordering services or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
Scope. Project scope, timelines and price are agreed separately (quote, email or contract). If a specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, the specific agreement prevails.
Cooperation. Timely access, materials and decisions are required for delivery. Delays on the client side may shift deadlines.
Rights and ownership
Ownership and copyright. Ailaav.ee content, brand assets and our tools/materials are protected. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
Project deliverables. Agreed and paid deliverables (e.g. website, copy, configuration) become available for the client’s use as agreed. Third-party licenses (themes, plugins, fonts, stock) remain under their owners’ terms.
Pricing and payment. Prices are stated in the quote or invoice. Invoices are due by the date shown unless otherwise agreed. For unpaid work we may pause further work or access until payment.
Prohibited activities
Lawful use. You may not use our services or ailaav.ee for unlawful purposes, including distributing malware, unauthorized system access, or infringing others’ rights.
Client materials. You are responsible for the legality of materials you provide (text, images, data). We do not automatically verify all rights; you may need to prove them when asked.
Service management
Support. Support is provided through agreed channels (email, contact page, maintenance plan). Response times depend on the service package and workload; critical incidents are prioritized as agreed.
Termination. Either party may end cooperation under the agreement or applicable law. Work already performed remains payable. We may suspend access for material breaches of these Terms.
Changes. We may update these Terms. The updated version is published on this page with a modification date. Material changes may be communicated separately when practical.
Liability. Services are provided with professional care. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, ad results or business outcomes. Liability is typically limited to amounts paid for the relevant project, except where law does not allow limitation.
